Tasks
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Managing client quotations and administering client accounts.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Negotiating contract terms & conditions to meet client expectations according to Enjaz Energy policy.
  • Analyzing & optimizing costs to increase the sales.
  • Preparing reports as stipulated.
  • Maintaining Enquiry database and monitoring Systems.
  • Visiting all prospective customers and Continuous Follow up with customers.
  • Ensuring that all existing clients provide Repeat Business and develop Key Accounts

Expected Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of Similar Sales Experience in corresponding discipline and fields, preferably in Services, O&M and project estimation and executio of Capital Goods like Power Plants / Boilers / Chillers
  • Experience in high value technological capital equipment and products in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utility and Manufacturing industries
  • Good knowledge of international standards and regulations
  • Ability / Willingness to travel extensively within the region / segment allotted.
  • Strong technical products knowledge.

Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Diploma in Engineering is also acceptable if the candidate is good

Reports to
  • Services & Projects Manager

Function Grade
  • Will be as per company policy

Location
  • As required. Initially will be based in Al Khobar and as required could be transferred to Riyadh / Jeddah / Yanbu / or Jubail as required

SALES ENGINEER / SALES EXECUTIVE

Mission ofthe Role
  • To ensure Enjaz Energy achieves sales objectives through dedicated, ethical, customer-oriented business relationships and implementing best practices in every task of the sales function.
  • The Sales Engineer shall be an enthusiastic and Experienced in relevant fields toinitiate sales efforts and contribute towards sales and development strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve the Sales budget allocated through sales of the products and projects assigned.
  • Identify the market segments, customers and their requirements related to the assigned products.
  • Organize and arrange sales visits with existing and prospective customers.
  • Have Technical competence of assigned products
  • Undertake Consultative Sales approach to provide solutions, using the existing product mix
  • Work closely with customers to get assigned products, specified in design stage.
  • Undertake feasibility studies.
  • Identifying and establishing new customers and new business segments.
  • On time submission of the bids as required by customers and close follow-up with them to convert it as sales.
  • Provide pre bid and post bid sales, technical and commercial clarifications to customers
  • Tracking of projects to identify the opportunities and potential for our products.
  • Preparation and submission of visit reports.
  • Develop and execute business plan related to the products assigned.
  • Meet customers periodically; identify upcoming requirements and work closely to provide solutions from our products portfolio.
